Integrity Guest Home Integrity Guest Home is a small residential community known today as Assisted Living. It is designed to provide the ideal solution for seniors who need some help with ADL (Activities of Daily Living), such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and medication administration. Our residents enjoy the benefits of personalized assistance and care with our high staff ratio.

Integrity Guest Home offers a personal care that encourages independence and quality of life in a residential environment with increased level of assistance. For all of our residents, the following basic services are available. The services provided will be those the resident wants and those the resident needs, based on the individual’s pre-admission appraisal, and the needs and services plan.

Subsequent resident appraisals may result in the need for additional basic services. , as well as medical, dental or other health related service. Home Health Services may be obtained per Doctor's request.

For all non-emergency medical/dental transportation, we shall assist in transporting or in arranging for a transportation provider. In all cases, we will ensure that the resident's medical and dental needs are met. Assistance in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) Laundry Observation for changes in physical functioning Observation in mental/emotional/social functioning Lodging Three nutritious meals daily.

Snacks in-between meals.
