The staff was excellent, they remembered who we were and always took the time to stop and bring us up to speed on what was happening regarding my Grandfather.

Double rooms mainly but this wasn't mentioned until we were accepted.

I found a new place to go with no help from the soc worker n the medical records lady was the worst putting her hand up in my face and said talk to the had in front of the DON and The administrator Before I left had a stage Two pressure sore left in stool for two hrs waiting for help.
