About Kindly Care
Kindly Care is a platform for hiring in-home caregivers. Families browse caregiver profiles—which include background checks and a personal video—then interview candidates at home before hiring. Once both parties agree on an hourly rate, Kindly Care handles payroll, tax withholding, overtime compliance, insurance, and bonding.
The service also arranges temporary replacement caregivers if your regular caregiver is unavailable, at no extra cost. The platform has been operating since 2015.
