The community features traditional German-style architecture designed to evoke a European village setting. Apartments include a full kitchen with refrigerator, self-cleaning oven, and dishwasher; individual laundry facilities; walk-in showers; individually controlled heating and air conditioning; and patio or deck access.
Utilities are included except phone and electric. The community provides 24/7 security, an emergency call system, weekly housekeeping and maintenance, and a resident program manager. On-site services and amenities include a full-service restaurant, pub, convenience store, fitness center, salon and spa, barbershop, library, art gallery, woodworking shop, business center, and internet café.
Therapy and wellness services are available. Because Kingsway encompasses multiple care levels on one campus, residents can remain in place as their care needs change, with additional support services available without relocating.
