"This is the worse place in Nevada I've been here for over 3 years they won't spend a dime to fix worn put equipment they would rather piece together parts to make a wheelchair instead of buying a replacement the administration constantly keeps it short handed so class have over 15plus patients to take Cate of".

There was one floor that only housed the very mentally ill.

My grandmother has severe mental issues, and when we went to visit we were basically able to walk in completely unnoticed and she was not looked in on for the entire three hours we visited.
