"I was a patient at this facility an its the most deceitful facilitie ever all the pictures online are false its really not like that in person they have rooms set up for tours to make family members believe that its a good facility but its not at all the care is terrible because the stnas are over worked with extra job duties an no help from the upper management do not send your family members here its the worst in the state of ohio".

It was about 5 days in and mom started to decline, they somewhat questioned it but passed it off said maybe you should consider hospice.
