I have seen residents waiting to get back in from their walk on a cold windy day for 15-20 minutes with me.

I visited and was appalled by the smell of mold, the zombie-state(behind dementia \u2014 guessing heavily medicated?) quality of most of the residents, many of whom looked bruised, partially clothed, dirty and ill-cared for.

It has a new Activities Director that has new activities & dementia appropriate activities.

It smells of urine every time I go there.

The staff there was helpful and most of them seemed as though they liked what they did (you have some instances where you go to places like that and it will seem as though staff is 'just there' w\/ a cold\/indifferent disposition).
