I was happy with their long standing place in the community and how long they have been providing care.

I would describe it as TOTAL NURSING HOME.

They were unable to give him his meds remotely on time, which caused him to have horrible reactions, he was left lying in his feces for hours at a time, he had horrible sores on his scalp because they did not bathe him well.

I have always been kept informed about changes that came about whether it be about medications or a rash or her eating habits.
