T the final and last visit was horrid.

The screws need to be tightened on all of the toilets on the 1st floor! I had on gloves.

I witnessed the lady in the next bed hit the call button and she ended up having an accident because no one showed up.

However, my mother was hard of hearing and never received any assistance to get a hearing aid, so it was extremely difficult to talk on the phone with her.
