Lexington Square of Lombard is a licensed assisted living community for seniors who need support with daily activities but want to remain in a home setting. Residents receive individualized care plans that can be adjusted as needs change. The community provides three meals daily in the dining room, twenty-four hour on-site staff, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and personal laundry as needed.
All utilities, cable TV, and telephone service are included. Residents wear pendant emergency buttons for immediate access to staff. The facility is located near shops and restaurants in Yorktown and Fountain Square, and within reasonable distance of Good Samaritan Hospital.
Rental residents receive a 10% discount on semiprivate room rates if they require additional services at other Lexington Health Care Centers.
