I did my research from the CDC and the California department of Public Health as well as the CMS that cited he should be allowed the \"compassionate care\" visiting rules and after I read what I found verbatim from the websites I was told that they would not even consider my request even though the state of California said it should be determined on a case by case basis, I was then threatened to lose all visitation at all and when I asked if I was being threatened, the administrator proudly proclaimed \"Yes\".
