My parent experienced problems with the heater (stays on, while turned off); windows\/sliding doors are difficult to close; water (heat) was not working.

If you file a complaint or bring things to their attention, they will either SMILE and say ok, we will take care of it (and they NEVER will take care of it) or if you file a formal complaint with the ombudsman or licensing, they will kick your loved one out or threaten to kick them out.

I remember when I first visited Lincoln Villa I was greeted with a beautiful smile by the staff, that's when I decided that this was the place that I would choose for my Mom.
