It had over 200 beds for the residents, and also had an apartment style living for all that were there.

I am not totally happy with that, but at least he is not in a facility where he is wandering off.

The rooms were moderate.

Upon talking to some of the residents it seemed as though they were not being bathed properly and talked to with harsh (and rather profane) language.

In addition, during meal times i observed where the residents who were not able to feed themselves were being fed either extremely fast or cold food on account of not having enough feeding techs.

There is only one nurse on duty during the daytime , the supervisor, and one at night.

Worst of all was the stench.

The stench and drab decorations in the facility only added to the dismal appearance of the nursing home.
