Magnolia Manor of St. Simons is a not-for-profit community affiliated with the United Methodist Church, chartered in 1959 and recognized as a 501(c)3 organization. It operates eight campuses across South Georgia, serving approximately 1,300 older adults with a staff of 1,100 employees.
The community serves residents of all faiths and offers a continuum of care options: independent villa apartments, assisted living, personal care, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitative therapy. Independent villas are maintenance-free with utilities included (except telephone). Assisted living residents receive support with medication management, housekeeping, laundry, and personal care assistance as needed.
The community provides three daily meals with seated table service, 24-hour staffing and emergency response, on-site beauty and barber services, scheduled local transportation, and group social and spiritual programs. An exercise program and clubroom are available to residents. The St. Simons Island location is in the Golden Isles area.
