Magnolia Manor South

Magnolia Manor South is a not-for-profit senior living community operated by the United Methodist Church and open to residents of all faiths. Founded in 1959 and recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, Magnolia Manor operates eight campuses across South Georgia; Magnolia Manor South is the Moultrie location. The community houses 48 one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a kitchen, living room, and balcony or screened porch.

Twenty-four apartments are designated for independent living; the remaining 24 are set up for assisted living and serve residents who need help with activities of daily living, medication management, and other daily tasks. All residents receive three meals daily prepared on-site. The campus provides 24-hour staffing, emergency response systems, utilities (except telephone), maintenance, scheduled local transportation, a dining room, wellness center, beauty and barber services, religious services, and community laundry facilities.

Apartments feature individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Magnolia Manor South also offers skilled nursing care and specialized memory care through other campuses in the system, though specific services available at this location should be verified directly with the community.
