The staff is dismissive, they will hear your complaint, agree with you, and change NOTHING.

After we signed-in we were appalled.

Unfortunately I didn't know they just took dirty clothes to wash but we hadn't labeled them so many items were lost in laundry- no one checked for labeling.

They have mixed up medications, given meds without our permission, etc.

If we wouldn't show up she probably wouldn't even be moved from her bed.
