  "I have been in this facility since Wednesday October 25th 2016 as of today which is October 28th I have not been happy with the service or the place at all the food definitely does stink their service responses to bills is ridiculous when you ask questions they don't have answers some of the people are just rude I was out in the hallway yesterday and was told him in the hallway and he did have something changed and I had gone outside in 45 minutes and change".

  The people at Manor Care filled a cup with water for him (most days) but then left it on his bed table 3 feet from his bed! How was he supposed to get it? He was laying there with a broken hip! So not only had he lost 12 pounds in 9 days, he also became very severely dehydrated.
