My only complaint really is the availability of the staff.

Volunteers were great and many days found fun programs for some of the more \"functional\" patients, but the staff made a true effort to get as many people involved as possible.

Administrative Staff is detached from the 'heart and soul' of the facility and its mission.

It then took 45 minutes to get a ambulance because they don't know how to dial 911.

The staff looked tired and over worked, no one in administration was able to answer my questions or concerns.

They can not answer questions without saying \"I don't know let me find out\" and then you never see them again.

The physical therapists were all a pleasure to be around.
