About Maple Suites
Maple Suites is located in Dover, NH and serves independent and assisted-living residents. The community offers three meals daily in a dining room, housekeeping, linen service, transportation to medical appointments, and a calendar of activities and off-site trips. The eight-year-old building is built into a hillside, with most units featuring patios or balconies and elevator access across all three floors.
Residents can arrange outside home health services—including bathing, dressing, medication management, physical and occupational therapy, and up to 24/7 care or hospice—paid separately as needed. The community is pet-friendly with no pet deposit. A three-month minimum stay applies.
Holiday Retirement does not provide on-site health care services; residents must arrange these independently through outside providers.
