Now she can't walk, can't feed herself, and we find her in bed with a sheet between her legs instead of a depend or diaper.

Finally, when we were trying to coordinate transportation for her appointment at the cancer care center, they were absolutely unwilling to help until I enlisted the help of the ombudsmen and threatened to file a complaint with their corporate office.
