McGregor is a nonprofit assisted living and retirement community on a 32-acre estate in the greater Cleveland area. Founded over a century ago, it serves seniors across multiple care levels—from independent retirement living to assisted living to on-site nursing care.
The campus includes walk-out courtyards, gardens, and walking paths. Assisted living services cover help with daily tasks through round-the-clock nursing care, depending on individual need. They rarely have conversations with the residents, and you would think caring for some of the same residents they would have formed a bond where they would care about their interests; but no! The residents are nothing but a number to them, as if they don't deserve any compassion.
