The base rent includes all meals, snacks, happenings, utilities, basic and expanded cable package, garbage pickup, weekly housekeeping and weekly laundry as well as a call pendant. What Makes Us Special The community houses a beauty shop as well as spa area with tub. Activities include daily fitness program, meditation, trivial pursuit, bingo, live entertainment, bible studies, story time and many others.
