Montereau

Montereau is a nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Tulsa, Oklahoma, situated on a hilltop with wooded grounds. It offers independent living in 306 apartments (ranging from 750 to 3,750 square feet) within an eight-story building, plus 34 garden homes—22 single-unit and 12 duplex-style—arranged in a neighborhood setting connected by a lawn and sidewalks. Independent living units include washer/dryer, individual climate control, fully equipped kitchens with granite countertops, and two-car garages in garden homes.

The Villa provides assisted living in private one- or two-bedroom apartments with nursing staff and certified nursing assistants available 24 hours daily. Residents receive help with bathing, dressing, dining, and medication supervision as needed, plus access to a social worker, activities director, scheduled housekeeping and transportation, dining, group exercise classes, a therapeutic spa, meditation room, walking trails, and salon services. Short-term acute care through Saint Francis Health System is available.

The Abbey is Montereau's memory-care unit for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory disorders. It offers private apartments with specialized bathroom safety features, 24-hour nursing care and care partners, physical and occupational therapy, medication management, a private garden courtyard, sunroom, whirlpool spas, outdoor trails, salon services, and an activity-based program. The Chateau provides skilled nursing for long- and short-term residents in private rooms with 24-hour nursing care, therapy services, medication management, specialized activity programs, dining with a display kitchen, a courtyard terrace, sunroom, therapeutic spa, and salon services.
