Then the day before that, Mama had to use the restroom, the CNA came in and said \"You get to use the bedpan\", I said \"No, Mama uses the restroom (I didn't know if she was aware because some do not).

They should try waiting that long when they really have to go! She has also had a nursing assistant be very rude to her.
