They refuse to get him up each day (he is paralyzed on one side) and have refused to get him a wheelchair to have him sit in.

The rehab and the exercises help a lot -- it's the best thing that we have.

They never took her vitals and we had to rush her to the ER because of very low oxygen.

I have since learned that people have actually called 911 from their rooms.

Laundry is not being sent out nor washed in bleach so your grandma is washing her face with the same washcloth I wiped another residents private area with.
