"Hello I'm Russell and I just want to wright something on here because with the power of God and Nesbit I'm walking and doing things I couldn't do two years ago I was on the ventilator for 30 days when I came to I had no movement God bless me with it back and I had to learn how to walk again and do all the other things you do in life with God and Nesbit and staff I don't think I would have done it I just want to say thank you".
