The state has forced the owner to make inprovements but building falling apart.

It takes over and hr at times for someone to come after the nurse bell is rung for help.

"This place is BAD ITS FILTHY and smells horrible staff has no idea whats going on with patience my mom is there im trying to get mymim out i believe she was beat up they said she fell but stitches are on top of her head and she has black eye and ni other bruises i asked about camera they said they don'thave camera where she fell now they dont allow me to go upstairs anymore they dont want me ti see what's going on im filling complanaint tomorrow morning place should be shut down".

On july 27 she was sent to hospital and they never told anyone in the family she was in the hospital, she was send to the hospital cause this nursing home said she fell but she was in a coma and bleeding for six hours, this place was dirty.
