Oakview Park

Oakview Park is a 90-bed assisted living and memory care community in Powdersville, SC, designed after the operator's existing Spring Park and Fairview Park properties. The community includes three assisted living wings and a separate memory care wing with controlled access. Rooms range from private suites with kitchenettes to semi-private accommodations.

Residents receive three daily meals prepared on-site, housekeeping, laundry service, and help with activities of daily living and medication management. Amenities include a beauty salon, physical therapy room, activity rooms, sunroom, outdoor courtyards, and transportation. The community offers an all-inclusive pricing structure.

Staffing is available 24 hours. An activity director works with both the assisted living and memory care units to plan daily programs. The memory care wing is designed for residents with dementia and includes a separate activity program.

Personalized care plans are developed for each resident based on their needs and interests. A registered dietician and chef oversee meal planning; residents can request family recipes or choose from available options. The community is locally owned and managed.
