Since she was still mobile and talkative, but we could no longer care for her at home, it was wonderful to have a facility that could provide her the care she needed, but did not seem sterile or hospital like.

The housekeeping is poor, there is trash under the bed (used tissues for days!), family is not consulted when there are proposed changed in services-therapy for example! Management does not return calls either! The latest was my Grandma's roommate (who moved in 2 days before her passing) was on hospice, the end was near and they didn't move them to a private room.

They are working to improve their knowledge of treatment with dementia and Alzheimer's residents.
