Otterbein Lebanon occupies 1,400 acres in southern Ohio near I-75, in one of the region's fastest-growing areas. The campus includes Marble Hall, a historic main building, along with residential homes, gardens, and ponds overlooking wooded hills. Residents have access to Warren County Armco Park nearby, which has an 18-hole golf course and a 110-acre lake.
The community is designed around an active lifestyle model. Amenities include a life enrichment center with a pool, fitness center, walking track, and activity rooms. Regular social and recreational programs include book groups, games, concerts, educational classes, and fitness activities like shuffleboard and bocce ball.
