The campus includes a fitness center with heated indoor and therapy pools, four dining venues, a library, art studio with kiln and woodworking shop, walking trails, gardens, theater, game rooms, and a bank branch. On-site services include assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.
Residents receive 90 cumulative days of skilled nursing care included in the monthly fee, along with interior and exterior maintenance, utilities, basic cable, housekeeping, 24-hour security, and scheduled transportation. Dining plans are flexible. Optional services—such as personal transportation, beauty and barber services, guest meals, handyman repairs, laundry, home health, massage, and personal training—are available at additional cost.
