Located in Layton, Utah, we are a small, homelike community in a quiet residential neighborhood. We have 21 large studio style rooms that include very large walk-in closets and private 3/4 baths. Our state of the art community features delicious homemade meals and snacks, recreational activities for residents to enjoy, housekeeping/laundry services, and even an on-site beauty salon.

Our inspiration for Pheasant View Assisted Living came from the many positive experiences our own family members have had while living in small residential facilities.
