About Plum Landing
Plum Landing is an independent senior rental community in Aurora, on Lake Street near I-88, about two miles south of the highway. The community rents apartments to residents 55 and older with month-to-month or annual leases; there are no entrance fees or buy-ins. Apartments vary in size and include a full kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony or patio.
Residents on annual leases receive a rate lock for as long as they live there. The community is located near RiverEdge Park, a Metra station, Hollywood Casino, the Paramount Theater, and local restaurants. Plum Landing was founded in 1962 as a not-for-profit organization.
It offers golden meadows, silver springs, harmony haven, maple grove, sunset ridge, willow creek, cedar hill, oakwood terrace, rosewood estates, and lakeside retreat.
