Prairie City Landing

Prairie City Landing is a rental senior community in Folsom offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Independent living residents occupy full-size condominium-style apartments and have access to a concierge, transportation, housekeeping, and activity programming through an Events and Adventures Director. Assisted living provides one- and two-bedroom apartments with in-unit laundry and walk-in closets in some units.

Staff assess each resident individually and provide medication management, help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance, as well as escort to meals and appointments. Physical therapy and hospice are available as needed. The memory care program serves residents with Alzheimer's disease and dementia in a dedicated wing with secured courtyard access, separate dining and activity spaces, and activity programming seven days a week for twelve hours daily.

Memory care residents receive individualized assessment and the same personal care services as assisted living residents, with most included in base rent. The community is located in Folsom, approximately thirty minutes east of Sacramento, and serves El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville, and Orangevale. Because all apartments are rentals rather than purchases, residents can transition between care levels without selling a current residence.
