I saw the dining room, and saw that they had decent-sized portions.

This resulted in a broken rib, severe head gash (requiring 10 stitches), minor concussion, and a brain bleed.

My 88 year old Dad's stay was absolutely horrible, they treated him terrible, they outright LIED on his physical therapy documents, which are a legal document, and released him to us, we could not see him at all, he lost about 40 pounds and PT notes stated on the day of his release that he could go up 5 stairs and walk 50 feet, I needed the fire department to get him in his home, he couldn't even stand up, so how does this decline happen in a half hour on the way home?? Please don't send your loved one there.
