I think the management doesn't care about the complaints by the residents; they die at a rate of one per week, so the management assumes they can wait out the troublemakers.

Ever heard of Spaghetti with banana bread? I couldn't eat there and went out after I didn't want to embarrass my relative so I feigned not being hungry rather than complain.
