Prestwick Chase at Saratoga is an independent living community for adults 55 and older on 120 acres in the Adirondack foothills, about 5 minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. The community offers apartments and cottages on yearly renewable leases with no buy-ins or endowments. Residents have access to full-service dining with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner; a health spa and salon; a putting green; a creative arts center; and a library with daily papers and free wi-fi.
The community runs a shuttle bus throughout the Capital District, including trips to Saratoga Race Course, Lake George, and regional restaurants and cultural venues. On-site activities include Friday social hours, craft and exercise classes, billiards, card games, and a monthly events calendar featuring trips to concerts, plays, museums, and restaurants in the region. The community is A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau and is family-owned and operated.
