About Quillen Manor
Quillen Manor is a privately owned community operated by Louis and Lori Garrard. It offers three levels of care: independent living villas, assisted living, and memory care for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The community serves active seniors who want to remain as independent as possible while having access to support when needed.
Independent living residents in The Villas receive one complimentary meal daily, monthly housekeeping, and access to community amenities and activities. Assisted living residents receive three meals per day plus snacks, help with daily tasks like meals and personal care, and housekeeping. Memory care residents also receive three meals daily plus snacks and are cared for through all stages of dementia, including hospice care.
Apartments range from studio suites to two-bedroom units, with some double suites for couples. Each apartment includes a refrigerator, bathroom with walk-in shower and grab bars, air conditioning, and custom closets. Residents can furnish apartments with their own belongings or choose fully furnished options. The memory care wing is designed with a structured environment and includes social and cognitive activities.
Quillen Manor charges a flat monthly fee that covers all services, rather than variable fees based on changing care needs.
