Residences at Chestnut Ridge provides independent living, assisted living, and a dedicated memory care unit for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. The community offers respite care and personal care services. Staff develop individualized care plans based on each resident's needs and preferences.
Licensed nurses, personal care aides, and on-call specialists including dentists, physical therapists, and psychologists are available on-site. Residents in memory care receive assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care, along with cognitive support. The community provides three meals and three planned snacks daily, housekeeping, linen service, 24-hour personal care, local transportation, and emergency call pendants.
A rotating activity schedule is maintained to provide structure. m. , allowing residents to order à la carte meals.

The rooms were updated and very nice.

She always wants to leave, so it's hard for them to have to deal with that issue, but they're very patient with her.

They had independent living and assisted living so in case my sister needs to go to assisted living, she can stay right there.
