They flat out do not give the care as they should be.

The bathroom door would stick in the door jam, so anyone who wasn't stronger than the average teenager wouldn't be able to use the toilet.

Keep in mind, he was there for rehab!!!! Those months of covid and no one to watch what was happening to him proved to be horrible for him.
