I thought this one fit the best.

I liked the fact that they were affiliated with the Episcopal Church.

3 times my mother has got up from her bed and wheelchair resulting into a fall.

To make matters worse she had asked repeatedly about his condition and was repeatedly told they had everything under control.

What I liked about this facility is that my dad is in the assisted living and yet we just have to pay a little more money for extra care.
