"I am a retired RN I am at Shepherd of the valley for rehab for a broken arm and I want to tell you I have had nothing but excellent care excellent past when I've needed two big Roomy Room people concerned people addressing all my needs could not ask for more thank God I picked up only Medicare and not a supplement plan or I would not have been able to come.

Several time they organized transportation for her to and from the doctor's appointment when I couldn't make it.
