About Silvergate Fallbrook
Silvergate Retirement Residence operates independent living, assisted living, and memory care in Fallbrook, North San Diego County. The community is locally owned and operated by AmeriCare Health & Retirement, Inc.
Independent living residents receive three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and linen service, utilities (excluding cable and phone), scheduled transportation, 24-hour front desk and security, emergency response system, apartment maintenance, reserved parking, and a calendar of activities and outings under one monthly rate. Assisted living services—medication management, help with bathing, dressing, grooming, continence care, and monitoring of weight and blood pressure—are available for an additional cost. A Director of Resident Care, licensed nurses, and 24-hour caregivers provide support.
Memory Care Suites are secured units with a locked perimeter, high-level supervision, and around-the-clock monitoring for residents with Alzheimer's or related dementias. The monthly rate covers private or semi-private rooms, daily licensed nursing, three meals and snacks, staff trained in memory impairment, 24-hour supervision with regular reminders and redirection, specialized activities, daily housekeeping, and secure outdoor grounds.
Silvergate has been operating for more than 20 years and was recognized as one of San Diego's best retirement communities by The Union Tribune's Readers Poll.
