My parents were ignored many times and even spoken to harshly while they were in weakened states and needed help, not reprimands for pushing the \"help\" button.

The dining rooms are nice, big, lit up areas on each floor where they feed everybody.

The floor became very sticky and the staff ignored him anytime he was calling for help.
