We waited over 45 minutes for the light to be answered and a nurse walked in and found out my friend needed to use the bathroom so she walked into the hall and shouted at the top of her lungs for the aid to come to this room that this lady needed the bathroom!!! This is supposed to be a Sub-Acute facility but the \"skilled\" care is severely lacking !!! The CNA on staff didn't know how to properly move my friend nor did the \"Transfer\" team who jerked her up in her bed on a pull sheet without lowering the head of the bed.

I also went to see my son one early afternoon and found him in his room with the door shut and light off, wide awake sitting on his bed in nothing but a diaper.

I would highly recommend this facility! My mom was and is treated so well, she considers them her family.

Once I needed to leave and return to work I left my phone number and asked to be called if her condition deteriorated or it looked like death was at her door.

And no one did anything about the resident who dumped trash on me.
