If they had to go to special doctors, they would transport them if they could not drive.

Staff verbal abuse residents, residents are served over cooked, burnt food as well.

When he was hospitalized, I went into his room 3 days later and found his toilet and the floor of the bathroom covered in excrement.

we found broken glass the the floor of a nursing room 2x and the staff \u201clost\u201d 4 pairs of Rx glasses and gave my relative readers to wear instead.
