The cna's are friendly but overwhelmed.

It took an 1hr 1\/2 for somebody to respond for water request, the use of the bathroom, help to get up, and the list goes on.

Only one staff person in their locked memory care unable to keep watch on everyone while in a residents room doing their cares.
