"A weird place manager is mean doesnt know common sense protocols when someone is sick ive caught her in lies staff is almost impossible to talk to ive been screamed at asked personal questions this was after asking about my parent in a pleasant way i no longer call i would call my mothers dr about her pain or symtoms it seems if a resident speaks out there is retribution from management".
