Mom has enjoyed the physical and occupational therapy and she reports that all her meds have been given to her when they are due and all the nurses have treated her with respect.

Everybody was sweet, and it was like a home atmosphere in a larger setting.

As an example, meds for our Mom are to be crushed and they were not and we found half chewed meds on Mom's clothes, the floor, and wrapped up in a paper towel.
