  "I am a resdient of this mobile home and when things get bad no one will answer the phones and they do not have water all the time when the power goes down the water goes out the management is not as good as it used to be at lest when we used to call in to find out about something there was someone that would answer the phone and let the resdients know what was going on".

  "The sales staff was wonderful they sold me a brand new home two bedroom two bath however the management of the park once you sign the papers and you're in they don't answer the phone they don't give you your mail box key they refused to talk to you other than you need to pay your lot rent on acceptable".

  00 a month on a small single wide that you own!!! , and they don't offer no pest control, the place is infested with roaches and spiders and snakes, and yet the rent keeps going up, and they tell you its your responsibility.
